Written consent to engage in counselling services is attained during the first session.
Consent can be revoked at any time by notifying the Counsellor in writing.

A physical file containing session notes, forms, reports will be retained by the Counsellor and stored in a locked cabinet.
Two-years after counselling concludes the file and its contents will be shredded.

During participation in a session, should medical assistance, due to an emotional or physical situation, be required an ambulance will be called to transport you to the hospital.

A fee of $95.00 is payable at the end of each sixty-minute session.
A receipt will be provided at the time of payment.
Payment options include: cash, cheque, debit and credit cards.
Individuals may independently explore reimbursement via a health insurance plan should he/she have such coverage.

Interruption of internet service could occur at any time
